以近零碳校园建设为载体的“双碳”人才实践能力培养模式创新研究
With the ongoing advancement of China’s “dual-carbon” strategy and the deepening of green and low-carbon development, universities are urgently required to transcend the limitations of traditional classroom-based instruction and strengthen the cultivation of students’ practical and innovative competencies. This study takes near-zero carbon campus development as a core educational platform and proposes a tri-dimensional practice-oriented training model based on “project-driven learning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and competition-based enhancement”. It systematically explores the organisational logic and competence development pathways of practice-based teaching in dual-carbon disciplines.
在“双碳”战略持续推进和绿色低碳高质量发展不断深化背景下,高校“双碳”人才培养亟需突破传统课堂教学局限,强化学生的实践创新能力。本文以高校近零碳校园建设为核心教学场域,提出“项目驱动–学科交叉–竞赛提升”三维协同的实践能力培养模式,系统探索“双碳”专业实践教学的组织逻辑与能力提升路径。
Anchored in task scenarios such as carbon accounting, energy efficiency management, and sustainable campus mobility, the model integrates modular curriculum design, interdisciplinary teamwork, and competition outcome transformation to support students in transitioning from knowledge acquisition to competence construction and from participation to deliverable outputs. Furthermore, by leveraging a positive feedback loop between hands-on practice and high-level academic competitions, a closed-loop system of “practice–competition–curriculum feedback” is established.
研究基于碳核算、能耗管理、绿色交通等典型任务场景,通过模块化教学组织、跨学科协作与竞赛成果转化等机制的有机结合,推动学生在真实任务中实现从知识获取到能力建构、从参与实践到输出成果的综合能力跃迁。同时,依托实践成果与高水平竞赛的正向循环,建立了“实践–竞赛–课程反哺”的教学闭环。
Over the past three years, this model has enabled students to achieve more than ten national and provincial competition awards, with some student projects adopted in official near-zero carbon campus planning. The findings demonstrate that transforming campus physical spaces into experiential learning platforms is an effective pathway to equipping students with applicable, adaptable, and innovative dual-carbon competencies, offering a replicable and scalable paradigm for higher education institutions.
近三年来,该模式下的教学实践已推动学生获得国家级与省级学科竞赛奖十余项,部分学生成果被纳入近零碳校园建设规划。研究表明,将校园实体空间转化为教学实践平台,是实现“双碳”人才能用、会用、善用的重要路径,为高校“双碳”人才实践能力培养提供了可复制、可推广的范式。
